Stay away. Go to someone who knows their field. Good at NOT diagnosing problems.

Dr. Fishbein is an excellent doctor. She took time to listen to my symptoms and did the proper testing to give me an accuarate diagnosis. However, her staffi s awful! I've called for numerous medications that require prior authorization and they put you on hold and never come back or they pick up and hang up on you. It's impossible to get through. Very disappointing since she is such a good doctor.

This doctor refused to refill my pills stating as the reason that I haven't been in for a while. That's fair, so I made an appointment for the first available spot. I then asked the doctor through the nurse to give me just 5 pills for a few days while I am waiitng for the appointment with her, so I don't interrupt the treatment - SHE REFUSED! In fact, she didn't even want to speak with me even though I was standing by the registration window in her office waiting and she was right there in the room. I felt that she wanted to punish her patient unfairly; what a petty and mean spirited attitude! It's sad because before I thought she was a nice doctor. She could've given me those 5 pills and encouraged me to come asap for the appointment. That would be a professional and adequate attitude. I always thought that doctors are supposed to help and accommodate, not to punish their patients. I am never going to go back to her clinic in Cliffside Park.

Fishbein doesn't listen to me or my symptoms. She doesn't want to do testing or scans, even from the recommendations of other doctors. I can barely speak about my treatment since she just rushes me out of the office.
