I visited Dr. Osborne and found her to be condescending, cold, and rude. I told her about my symptoms (which were exhaustion and shortness of breath) and she said she couldn’t do anything for me. She strongly suggested that I get an X-ray and look for masses. “Think of your children,” she said. I repetitively asked if there was anything she could do and she said, “No, I’m a general practitioner.” A week later when my symptoms got worse, I visited an Urgent Care center. The doctor immediately pulled out a stethoscope and listened to my lungs (something Dr. Osborne never did). He crinkled paper in my ear and said, “This is what your lungs sound like.” I had walking pneumonia! The treatment was simple. Antibiotics. How is it possible that Dr. Osborne didn’t even consider listening to my lungs?

My first visit you would think being a new patient that she would spend some time with me. Nope! I felt rushed and felt like I was not allowed to ask questions. She was arrogant and no bedside manner.

She is condescending, no bedside manner and rushes you. I felt like I was not entitled to ask questions. I will never go back and I do not recommend her!

I went to Dr. Floyd for minor pelvic pain and was sent for an ultrasound. The next day I was called and informed that I should come in for a biopsy. Waited two weeks for that appointment and on that day drove over an hour to get to my appointment using a tank of gas and an entire morning of my time. I was told as she entered the exam room that she no longer does surgery or D&Cs so that she would have to refer me to another Doctor for that. Also that even if I got the biopsy there was a 50/50 chance that I would still need a D&C so why don't I just go and get a D&C instead so that I would be knocked out and be unaware of any discomfort. ( I had asked her how painful the biopsy was). She chatted for a few minutes and left. I made an appointment with another Dr. and got the biopsy in his office and was notified within a day or so that everything looked normal. She still billed Blue Cross for that second visit and also sent me a bill for a copay. My contention is.....if she no… longer does surgery or D&Cs....then she should not accept new patients who are complaining of a problem.

Whatever you do - DO NOT allow this woman to operate on you! She has ruined my life since a routine hysterectomy nine years ago. I've been to over five urologists to try to fix the problems I have after her little "nick" but no one has been able to help so far. Ask around and you will find many more similar stories.

I have found out that my doctor was performing unnecessary procedures on me just to bill my insurance company. Her bed side manner is absolutely TERRIBLE. I found out the the treatments that she was putting me through were not what I needed and this went on for seveal years.
