Never Again!!! I went to Glade on 2 different occasions over a five year period when I was at the end of my rope with my anxiety. I had a horrible experience with Zoloft and Paxil prior to that and made it clear that I wanted therapy, NOT DRUGS. Instead of just admitting she doesn't provide such service she urged me to take Lamictal. FYI, it's used for seizures and major pshychoyic disorders. My pharmacist even questioned the Rx. After 3 days I had a constant headache and tremors in my arms, hands and spine. When I called to her to inquire she said "It's not possible for you to have that reaction", even though tremors and headaches were in the first 3 side effects listed. Then suggested I was detoxing from something, absurd!!! When I finally changed to a more present and conservative Dr. who actually incorporates therapy with Rx she was mortified that anyone would prescribe Lamictal to me. Before private practice she spent 20 years in a state hospital and saw the worst of… the worst. Even then they only used Lamictal seldomly. Soon after I had to report that my friend was over medicated by Dr. Glade. Cymbalta, 60 xanax per month and Ambien was a horrific mix which could have been deadly. Since then I've spoken with several former patients who have felt taken advantage of with her enormous fees, her lack of any therapeutic talent and willingness to crap shoot on which cocktail of drugs to experiment on you next. Steer Clear.

I was disappointed in the amount of time given for a visit. After a few questions a prescription was written and I was on my way. I was once in there for 2 minutes. I said I had been less tense. She said she noticed. I thought to myself, "I just walked in the door." When she no longer accepted my insurance I needed to find a new doctor. I asked her what I should do in the meantime if I had an episode. She told me to go to the emergency room. I was shocked at her response considering she had been my doctor for several years.

Dr glade prescribed multiple drugs for off-label purposes which caused serious permanent side effects. When I contacted the office as instructed to report the issues I was informed that she could no longer see me. Complete waste of time and money.

One of the best Psychiatrist that I have ever seen. Forget the stuff listed above the most important question is that she did a direct hit. She is very interested in the patients needs and desires. Without a doubt someone that I will see off and on the rest of my life. If you want a good Dr she is your match.
