I am so glad I chose Dr. Heifetz as my new primary physician when I moved to Oceanside. She is very sweet, thorough, and has even caught health issues that other doctors have missed. She always returns my calls and does not order unnecessary labs like my last doctor did. My prescriptions are always ordered on time. I highly recommend her!!

I'm so BLESSED to have her as MY DOCTOR!! When I'm not feeling well, I call in to get an appointment and seen right away. She always greets me with a smile, happy to see me and say how are you what can I help you with Victoria? She takes time to listen about my sickness and ask plenty of questions to me to get me well and so very passionate caring & knowledgeable!! If I need to be tested, I get a test. If I need meds, I get them quickly! And she will follow up to make sure I better! SHE GETS ME WELL EVERY TIME!! I'M SO THANKFUL! THANK YOU AGAIN & AGAIN! VICTORIA.

Dr Heifetz has always shown great care, compassion for my 99 yr old mother. She has followed up on referrals when needed, and communicates with her as a person, not an "old lady." I highly recommend her as a family doctor!

Dr.Heifetz has very professional skills, at the same time she shows personal interest in your case. Always has special time to discuss any other things. Her greeting is top rated, always makes an effort in letting you know that she is happy to see you again.

Dr. Heifetz oversees both my elderly parents care and I find her to be very thoughtful, she takes plenty of time listening to their comments and pays attention to their feelings. She has done a very good job managing their healthcare. She also has been very strong but respectful in advising my elderly father to give up driving, which helped the family very much.

Dr. Heifetz is a very good doctor who listens to her patient and follows up on their outcome. She has excellent bedside manner and is easy to talk to. She is new to a practice that I have been using for many years, and I think she is a great fit. I hope she will continue for many more years.
