Dr. Susan Hirata, MD

I have been taking my two-year-old son to the doctor since he was born. As of last week I am extremely disappointed in these people. Their phone systems have been down for days and you cannot reach them at all unless you call after hours and you get the answering service. Not only have these people been having phone problems for quite some time now but when you complain about it they act like they don’t even know what you’re talking about . Dr. Hirata was supposed to call me back two days ago and as of today I still have heard nothing from her at all, No voicemail, no missed calls, nothing. I spoke to the answering service several times in the past few days and the women on there are extremely rude, as they talk over you, they don’t care, and they don’t listen to your problem. This is an out-of-state answering service so I’m not really sure who I would complain about that but it’s not even worth my time at this point. I will never ever come back to this office ever again, and I will… definitely make sure that no one close to me ever uses your services…… I also receive surveys in the mail about your business, and I will definitely be giving a very very negative survey this time. If you guys are reading this then I suggest you get it together as soon as possible before you lose more patients. There is absolutely no excuse for this type of behavior from your establishment. Get a new phone system in place and stop letting your phone issues affect your clientele. I also suggest you get a new answering service as these women are very very unprofessional and very very rude. Best of luck to you! The only positive note I will leave with you, is that the girls at the front desk are extremely professional, and very helpful, even over the phone, and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them!!!

Dr. Susan Hirata is an amazing and super helpful doctor. She always takes her time with my kids and answers all my questions. She even speaks spanish which is nice for when my husband has to take the kids. I know my kids are taken care of when I bring them to her. The staff is helpful and nice, never had any problems with their clinic. I refer all my friends there

not dependable, not trust worthy, inexperienced!!!
