Excellent care

Physician( Dr. Hong) and staff are wonderful. Very patient and supportive. I had my apt for radiation set up for 1:00pm daily which is my lunch time at work. Physicians were commuting from Barberton site to Medina to remain cost effective , I get that, however, they were late arriving at the Medina site more than once. For patients that are trying to keep some normality in their lives, I feel that a this is not acceptable. I realize that things do happen out of our control but these physicians understand that patients have lives also.

I can only review her care from an in-patient perspective. However, given that experience I would absolutely NOT recommend her care to anyone seeking the absolute best treatment options for themselves or family members.
