Susan Elizabeth Jarquin

I thought our appointment went well and I truly opened up to her as I'm an individual who believes in telling the truth ( blame that on my mother). I had to have this appointment due to the requirements of PA law in order of getting a pain pump. She told me at the end of appointment even though I had experienced a lot of pain, grief, depression through out my life she felt I had overcome it well and done well with the counseling I had done throughout my life. She told me right out verbally she would put in her report to the doctor she felt I was a GOOD candidate for a pain pump and further explained the procedure to me. I then had to wait 7 weeks to see Dr. Moosy in which he proceeds to tell me Dr. Jar quin didn't approve me and requires counseling for several months in order to receive pain pump!!! What gives?????
