Dr. Susan Eileen Jenkins, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Jenkins for over 10 years. She is the best gyn around. Very knowledgeable and extremely patient. She will answer all of your questions and never makes you feel like your question is too minor. I am in healthcare and I have even gone to her with concerns that my primary care couldn't figure out and she was able to determine the root cause. I can't recommend her enough. Her staff is great too. Nash has been there many years and even though he is a guy, he was meant for gyn. So patient and caring and will always try to "work you in" in a pinch.

Susan is not only a great doctor, she is a good person once you get to know her. She enjoys what she does, because many doctors look at it as just a way of making money. She will make sure she follows up on any labs, or reports that are priorities. The staff don't make the doctor. It's a misfortune that the younger generation don't have the drive like we did coming up. A good staff is hard to find these days.

The worst, billed for extra time when she was late. Then was told I needed to see a specialist because she stated she didn't have time.

I got here 15 min early, and and it has now been an hour. I am still waiting. My appointment was at 10:15 and it is now 11, im in the chair but i have been here for another 15 min. This happens everytime, i need to look elsewhere.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Jenkins and was not impressed. I arrived 45 minutes early because I knew there would be forms to fill out. I'm finally called back, 25 minutes after my appointment time, to have my vitals taken. Then I sat in the exam room another 25 minutes waiting for Dr. Jenkins. I also didn't know about the "cash only" for the co-pay. All in all, I was there for almost 2 hours for an exam that took maybe 5 minutes. I was angry, frustrated and not sure if I trust her or not when I left. She may in fact be a great doctor but I definitely won't refer anyone to her.

Great doctor! Thorough and caring staff. Knowledgeable, experienced doctor. I would highly recommend this practice!

Simply the best

I have been a patient of Dr. Jenkins for over 10 years. She is an excellent physician. She is thorough and patient and always careful to explain your condition. I have referred many others to the practice and they have always been extremely satisfied. Her staff has also been very good at least in recent years. I'm sure that there have been issues with staff here and there but personally I am going to see the doctor and not her staff. You really can't go wrong with Dr. Jenkins

I have been with Dr. Jenkins for over twenty years. I have tried others but keep coming back. She is considerate, concientious, brief and to the point. She is also quick to correct her staffing issues in her office or in the hospital when they become evident. The office visits can be a bit slow in happening. But overall, I am very pleased.

This doctor was recommended to me by a friend. On every occasion I have been there I have been made to wait for a very long time with no one to even explain why the wait was so long. The staff doesn't seem to care and acts as if they don't want to be bothered. On each occasion they asked me to fill forms, followed by a long wait, next they take you to a room to check vitals, followed by another long wait to see the doctor. When the doctor finally arrives, she does not spend enough time to listen to concerns as she is in too much of a rush, therefore I do not feel I can trust what she is saying. After one of my visits I tried many times to contact the doctor to discuss with her, I was never able to talk to her, she never took my calls or responded to any of my messages. The only positive thing I have to say is the Doctor may be knowledgeable but the attitude of the staff and the long waiting time is a huge put off. It seems like the only time the Doctor wishes to speak to a patient… is when they come in and pay, otherwise they will not take your call. I definitely will not be recommending anyone to them.
