Dr. Susan Kim, MD

My daughter was diagnosed of having JRA at 7th grade. Dr. Kim effectively treated her conditions and my daughter totally rid her symptoms by 11th grade. Unfortunately, she had a major flare-up this past Jan. and seemed to be getting worse as time went on. Knowing that my daughter was heading to college this fall, Dr. Kim went out of her way to see us, arranging appointments for us, trying all sorts of treatment to make sure that my daughter's conditions would be under control before she left. She was always there when we needed her, answering her calls or e-mails promptly. She would call or e-mail frequently to follow up. With her great care, my daughter was able to start college with everything she needed to contain her conditions. Dr. Kim made everything better for us. I don't know what we would have done without her. Not only is she a great doctor, she is such a nice person, kind and interested in what happens in our life. Whenever we see her, we always leave with assurance and… hope that things will be much better. We love Dr. Kim.

Dr Kim is professinal, intelligent and caring a full package!!

We had an appt at Children's at 10 am , that same night Dr.Kim called me. We are new patient to her and when my dtr labs and xray results came in she called to get a plan of care in place. We had been seeing another Dr for the past year. Dr.Kim listened and did a thorough exam, and even thought it was not a classic textbook presentation, she followed through, and we now have a diagnosis and can prevent any further bone damage.

Dr. Kim was great with my child explaining this to us parents. She explained a complicated disease to us and we were very comfortable with her treatment plan.

Dr. Kim is the whole package. She is brilliant, kind and personable. She has provided excellent care for our son.
