Dr. Susan Lotkowski, DO

Doctor is not personable. I go there for Botox injections and that is all she does she does know assessment at all if you call during normal business hours and leave a message for her to call you back or ask a question it does not get done no matter how many times you call. Her response is she does not call patients back. This doctor replaced my normal neurologist through Inspira it was not a choice of my own I will be finding a new one

I would highly recommend Dr. Lotkowski. She always spends allot of time with me and I never feel rushed.

Saw her 3 yrs ago ..did electrical test on feet ,,,she left room ...I had to pull answers and results from her..not personalable,,wouldn't recommended..

Waited 2+ hours to see the doctor. 10 days after second appointment I called the doctor to see if she could prescribe pain medicine and she wanted me to come back to her office to discuss medications. This could have easily been done over the phone vs. wasting driving time, waiting time and another couple hundred dollar visit!

Doctor is cold with no bedside manner. She refused to accept my concerns about a medications side effects. Refused to accept my calls or return my calls. Became angry when questioned about necessity of medication. Stay away from this Doctor.

Front desk staff is rude . Call and tell you your script will be ready on a certain day; then when you go to pick it up they give you attitude and tell you you never requested and to come back the next day ; which of course they close without notifying anyone

the wait was not bad and the staff was really nice but then the doctor came in and was extremely cold and barely looked me in the eye. She was very rude and talked to me like I was a compete moron. She also rushed the appointment and really left a bad taste in my mouth. I was a new patient and this is not how you treat some one. I almost cried when I left because this doctor was so rude, cold, condescending and just plain mean.

Lots of compassion and caring not jut for the physical ailments for ur emotional well being as well. I would highly recommened her/

This dr. is really wonderful. She will actually listen to you. Her bedside banner is wonderful. Just remember that any dr. can only work with the information that we provide for them. Make a list before you go and she will read it. Ask questions because she will answer them. They can't help us if we are not willing to help ourselves.

not bad doctor, she dx my husband's seizures, but later, after a sudden heart attack and death, the link came that seizures were linked to heart problems, not epilepsy which was first thought by this doctor.Everyone was thoughtful as I had to bring 2 young children with me everytime we had an appt.and it did not bother the doctor.
