I felt very safe in all our appointments. She is non judgmental an amazing listener and so smart. All her guidance and expertise has been very helpful for a richer,better, and more confident me.

Dr. West saw my children for several months and during those months ONLY communicated with my children's father and would meet with him for 15 minutes after each session to discuss what the children spoke to her about in confidence. Clearly, HIPPA is not something she is familiar with. She also made it very clear to my children that she preferred one parent over the other and repeatedly implied to them that their feelings were not truly their own. Both of my children requested to stop seeing her because of how unprofessional she was.

I was seeking help and saw this therapist for approximately 6 months. Not only would she speak to my ex-husband’s attorney about MY session...H.I.P.A.A. violation, but she would charge me for speaking to the attorney!! I was double billed!! Not-trustworthy or an advocate for you...all about the $$$!
