I had a severe gall bladder attack and Dr. Goodrich and her team are incredible. She doesn't talk circles around you, says things so you can understand, is very open and will sit and listen to all you have to say. She sat back and talked with me like we have been friends all our lives. I had stones and polyps, the polyps were protruding through the walls of a completely stone filled bladder and leaking pretty much sewage into my body causing me to turn septic. In my past 5 surgeries from a bad work related injury, I always had breathing issues, pneumonia, blood clots and infection right after the surgeries were done. I had not one issue with her. No problems with the anesthesia at all. I was very happy with her. She came to see me in recovery and sat down and chatted with me. I highly recommend her. If anesthesia is your biggest concern, her team of doctors is the bees knees. COULDN'T ASK TO BE IN BETTER HANDS!

Susan Goodrich undertook my father's margins on his Thyroid cancer. Unfortunately, I didn't know this until after she took my thyroid out, which was not cancer. She completely took out and obliterated all of my Parathyroid glands. I spent most of next six years living in hospitals getting infusions of magnesium and calcium. The worst part of it was when she came into my hospital room and through the papers that I signed in front of me to let me know that I would not be aloud to take legal action. Also, my dads cancer has metastasized into his lymph glands and lungs.

She's the last GREAT Dr. you will ever need. This woman is one of a kind and saves lives. She is never to busy to talk to you and discuss anything with you! LOVE HER!

I went to this dr because i had a tumor on my thyroid. She carved me up with a butcher knife and I lost all of my parathyroid glands which control many of your bodies electrolytes. She told me to go home and eat 3000 mg of calcium and I would be fine. Any dummy knows you can't absorb all that and especially without vit d. When I complained about her at one of my 100 hospitalizations after the surgery, she came into my room and through my signature page at me and in small writing it talked about para thyroid loss. I just thought it was simple like a tonsilectomy. At no time did she talk to me about the para glands. Also, 5 years later and I still have people contacting me with their botched surgeries from her. I wish everyone knew of this sight.

When I was diagnosed with Thyroid cancer I knew immediately Dr Goodrich was the surgeon who provide me with excellent care. She is compassionate and caring. Without Dr Goodrich's expertise I would not be in the place I am today. She not only saved my life, but gave me a future.
