misrepresentation and incompetence

I've been with this practice for a long time and I was getting mris for my brain tumor every three months. They only wanted to see me if there was a change, so I had gone a whole year without seeing her. I was only able to communicate with her through her PA, who was very nice, but not Dr. pannullo. I recently started chemo and was sent to Dr. Scheff. I've had 3 treatments and she doesn't want me to come in to see her because there are no changes. How can my oncologist replace her? It's like you need special permission to make an appt to come in to see her. She has a great rep and has done a ton of research, but doesn't have enough time to devote to her patients.

The office staff is extremely courteous and willing to help. Dr. Psnnullo and her PA are very kind and take the time to explain things and answer any questions you have.

I recently had neuro-radiology treatment performed by a team of Drs. Pannullo & Shurr. Both doctors were very attentive and careful in explaing the patient benefits and long term prognosis following this treatment. The entire staff was professional and I felt vittually no pain and walked out of the hospital on my own (my daughter Nikki was present). Thanks to all.
