Dr. Susan Mockus Parks

if my mom were younger, i would drop dr parks in a heartbeat. she smiles and feigns interest but provides the minimum of care, does not listen, and is horrible at follow-through. her staff is equally awful, dripping attitude and acting like they're doing you a favor when they deign to acknowledge you've even walked through the door. they're all about power and control, and it's soooo transparent. really, how people get paid for providing zero service is beyond me. and i think parks has a bad relationship with them, probably because they are awful. therefore, they don't support her, and no one really supports the patient. do yourself a favor: find another doctor.

My visits to Dr. Susan M. Parks are at a medical clinic. It's hard to determine wait time or promptness. Would recommend her to anyone in need of a primary physician.

Takes time to listen to patient, and analyze situation.Very caring in what is being prescribed.
