Dr. Prater fit me into her busy schedule and did not rush through the appointment. She listened and answered all my questions and made me feel heard and taken care of.

Dr Prater is the best doctor I have found since moving to Utah 20 years ago. Everyone in her office is friendly and professional and Dr Prater is thorough & takes her time and listens to me.

I have lived in Utah almost 20 years and until now, I have been disappointed in the doctors here. For the last few years the Instacare clinic was where I usually went if I needed a doctor. Dr. Prater was recommended to me last year and I absolutely love her! Everyone in her office is kind & helpful and I never have trouble getting an appointment when I need one. She is very thorough but not pushy and she makes me feel completely comfortable. I finally have a “real” doctor who cares and treats me like a person—not just a number to rush through. I highly recommend Dr Susan Prater.
