"As a parent, Dr. Psaila is by far the worst pediatric doctor I have experienced. She is rude, does not take time to answer questions. In fact, the few questions I asked, she made me feel as though they weren't worth her time. She prescribed creams that cost upwards of 500$ per tube and when I asked for an alternative, she informed me I "should take it up with the pharmacy" if I couldn't afford it! All this ONLY if you can be scheduled as most appts are a month or more out. only when I get loud on the call do they all of a sudden have a "cancellation" pop up out of nowhere. Stay away!! Not worth the aggravation!"

I have been seeing Dr. Psaila for over 15 years, started with my son then I started using her. She is very knowledgeable and personable.

Looking for someone who gives a personable and thorough examination!

Dr. Psaila should not work with children. Her bedside manner is terrible and aggressive especially when asking specific questions regarding treatment. She caused us to come back numerous times without any change in condition. It wasn't until we made an appointment with the Nurse Practicioner that my son finally saw results--and she did exactly what the doctor told us she could not and would not do! I have promptly switched dermatologists and am so happy I have.

Totally rude. Doesn't listen to what has gone on. Fast to tell what need to do ...but doesn't listen to what child has been through. No beside manner.....cocky . Left crying...never felt so disappointed and frustrated.

In my experience with Dr. Psaila, bedside manor was lacking. I experienced a high level of stress and anxiety when my infant daughter needed medication and aprocedure in the hospital, at Dr. Psaila's recommendation. I feel she could have alleviated a large amount of stress and anxiety for my husband and I if she had a better bedside manner. Also, following our hospital stay with our infant, Dr Psaila never called us to follow-up. She did not have any results or paperwork from our hospital visit- we had to provide them for her. Additionally, we found her office staff to be impersonal, not friendly, and at times rather condescending. I would definately NOT recommend this doctor for pediatric dermatology.

Left completely confused and disappointed. She spend no time with me and she didn't ask any questions about my skin problems and their history. She just lectured me about stuff I have known for years because I have been in treatment for so long before (she obviously didn't care). I tried to explain, but didn't really feel listened to. She seemed as she was somewhere else and as she didn't really care. Furthermore, she prescribed without asking me about other treatments I'm usually using and/or about my past experience with the medication she prescribed. Would never recommend Dr. Psaila to anyone.

We took our 3 year old daughter to Dr. Psaila for her to diagnose a bump on our daughters arm. The doctor was warm and friendly and seemed to have our daughters comfort in mind when she recommended we take our daughter to a surgeon to have the bump removed. She could have done the proceedure in the office but it would have likely been a little too traumatic for a 3 year old, as the office would not be able to sedate her. Overall, we were pleased with Dr. Psaila.

This dr. would be a good doctor if she actually stopped her ego and began caring about her patients. Her staff is absolutely RUDE but I believe they learned that from the dr. herself. Will never go back to this practice!
