SHE WAS MY DR IN CALIFORNIA ,THE BEST DR I EVER HAD I MISE HER SO MUCH I WICH SHE DONT MOVE OUT STATE . THOUSAND OF BLESSINGS TO HER AND FAMILY

I need a PCP, nothing wrong, but I had to go in. Most of my intake was incorrect. I needed a 'generic' med, one I've had for decades, she refilled it. THEN I got a sinus infection. Had to download ZOOM, I DO NOT download apps!!! But I did. The office called the wrong phone number 5 times...of course I missed the appt. Next day they called to reschedule, THEN they said I could have a phone appt...ALL of this at FULL APPOINTMENT PRICES!!! Which right now, I don't care. I said no, I'll suffer through. Now I'm on my 2nd week of a HUGE infection. I was out of town, it's UTI, call in a prescription, please, I know what a UTI is, they said no, I had to wait until Monday...of which, I had to have the 4 minute Dr. Appt., of which she finally prescribed Cirpo 250mg, 2x daily for 3 days...BIG DEAL!!! I even went in after the 3 days as I knew the infection wasn't gone...here I am, a week later, calling, they said they called in a prescription for penicillin yesterday morning, a day… later, just talked to the pharmacy, nope, no prescription. SO, here I am...over 2 weeks with a UTI, which I'm sure has gone up into my kidneys...do you think this office cares??? THEY'RE FLIPPIN' INCOMPETENT!!! And yes, my HIGH paid PPO will hear about this today too!!!

I was a patient for several years and was usually listened to. After the birth of her most recent cold, she became short tempered and angry when I asked questions. She claims to listen and be kind, but after a late tell miscarriage, I began having panic attacks and instead of prescribing the medication we previously found worked, she insisted I try one we had previously tried and I had a very bad reaction to. She continued to insist. I reminded her of my previous negative reaction to that specific medication. When I did this, she bitterly exclaimed that if I didn't like her medical advice, I should find a different doctor. Had I taken the medication she was insisting on giving me, I could have had very serious complications and instead of acknowledging hey mistake, she chose to declare that I needed to sell other medical advice. So sad and not at all what a doctor who has sweetie to help people should do. Admit your mistakes and swallow your pride!

I was 11 minutes late for my appointment and dr Susan requested me to reschedule due the fact that there are just 10 minutes grace period. I really understand and respect rules, however, rules should apply for both side, because every time I was there they never saw me on time.

Dr Susan Rahimi is a great! She listens and is very informative.

Im not sure how you can call yourself a Doctor. A man takes off work, comes to you with 5 issues he would like addressed. you look at one, make an educated guess at the other, tell me you'll be right back, then send you assistant in to tell me that your too busy to see the other issues (one being a growing lump on my neck/shoulder). first and last visit to this cattle call doctor.

Short in her responses. Seems arrogant.

Very professional. Great people skills. Good listener and even better communicator: accurate diagnosis, clear explanation of the health problem and the options to take care of it. I recommend to visit her page at St Joseph Heritage Medical Group and watch the video in order to meet her.

I had a great experience seeing Dr. Rahimi.
