If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. THE WORST DOCTOR'S OFFICE I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF GOING TO. 1ST LET ME PREFACE THIS BY SAYING THAT I'VE RARELY HAVE TO GO HERE BUT EVERY TIME I HAVE, LITERALLY EVERY TIME, MY SCRIPTS ARE CALLED IN INCORRECTLY. They'll call one in, then I have to go back & get them to call in the others because the receptionist is one of the most incompetent I have seen. One time it took more than a week to get a commonly prescribed medication for women. Currently the doctor has me on a medication since I became a patient at least 6 months ago. Prior to that I had a doctor who unfortunately no longer accepted my insurance, who had me on the same medication. Seems pretty cut and dry. The last time I ran out I had the pharmacy request a new script, same med, same mg, no problem. Now a month later and this Jabba The Hut looking creature that calls herself a doctor is refusing to refill. I have one pill left and the withdrawal symptoms are very nasty.… I CALLED THE ANSWERING SERVICE AND JABBA THE HUT ADVISES ME TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL!! UNREAL! THIS KIND OF HAPHAZARD HEALTHCARE SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. THE MEDICATION I AM ON IS NOT A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE NOR IS IT EVEN MISUSED. TERRIBLE CARE!! I WOULD CAUTION ANYONE FROM COMING HERE.

An absolutely horrible experience. She simply types your symptoms into her precious computer and waits for it to diagnose you. She's scarcely more useful than WebMD. I really don't see why one would even have to go to medical school to do what she does. It appears that she hasn't the slightest clue what she's doing. Additionally, the wait time for an appointment is absurd.

SHE TOOK OVER Robert Ayres practice in 2011 when he had health problems. Initially she accepted me as a patient, however I have only been in to see her once as I have set appointments up for depression, high cholesterol meds. Four times I have made appointments and 3 have been cancelled by her staff,basically her as the same staff has remained from the days Dr.Ayres was running the practice. She has her original practice in Highland still. I am considering contacting Anderson Hospital who employed her at that Ayres former practice. Maybe she only wants to see her original patients and not his old ones. It lists that she is accepting new patients, but how can you get into be treated when you have to wait 2-3 months to get in and then she cancels a day or week before your appointment.I have not had cholesterol meds in 4 months.

ust found Dr.Reynolds on line today calling tomorrow to see if she is back in St. Louis. seen her for over 20 years. she is a very caring doctor. She always took the time to listen to everything that was wrong with me, not just one but all problems i had and done her best to fix them, what more could you ask for. hope to see you again soon.

i really like dr reynolds, i seen her for 20 yrs before she moved out of mo. cant wait for her to come back.
