Dr. Susan Patrick Rodell, MD

If I could give zero stars, I would. My father had been a patient of Dr. Rodell for several years. He showed up for his scheduled appointment this week only to find the office completely shut down—sign removed, doors locked, and no notice posted. There was absolutely no communication beforehand. When we called, the only information provided was that the office had closed and been sold. For a physician specializing in geriatrics, this abrupt closure without any effort to inform or guide patients—many of whom rely heavily on continuity of care—is deeply irresponsible and unprofessional. Patients deserve better.

Dr. Rodell was my parents' physician for the past 10 years. She cared about their total medical needs and well-being. She continued this even when they went into hospice care by offering advice to me, their health care advocate, when their care was serviced by hospice. She cares about her patients as evidenced by the amount of time spent with them.

Dr. Rodell has been great with my 95 year old mother. Her conservative approach and kind bedside manner are just what i was looking for in a geriatric doctor. She had had good suggestions and great recommendations for other specialty practitioners that my mother needed to see.

As a primary care physician I wouldn't have anyone else in Boca. She cares about the entire person, not just the paperwork. She's identified things we hadn't even thought about--and my husband has many issues. Most pleasant office in Boca as well.

Dr. Rodell is the absolute rudest person I’ve spoken to. She doesn’t care to explain to you when you have questions or show any type of sympathy for families. Honestly don’t know how she’s a dr. Seems like she just passed a few test 10,000 years ago.

I have been seeing Dr. Susan Rodell for a number of years, she is my internist. I find that Dr. Rodell is extremely caring, knowledgeable and interested in me and my medical issues and questions. The office atmosphere is inviting and warm (typically there are throw blankets on the chairs!!!).

An amazingly caring person. For a senior citizen, her emphasis on quality of life is so valuable.

Dr. Rodell has taken great care of my parents for the past 15 years. She is terrific! I highly recommend Dr. Rodell.

Amazing Doctor Fun office environment, meant to make you smile and relax. Reflexes Dr Rodell's endearing personality. However Dr Rodell is a serious diagnostician who listens carefully and always with compassion. Grateful to have found her many years ago when I moved to Boca Raton. Her assistant Dana is also wonderful.

WE HAVE RECOMMENDED HER TO FAMILY AND COUNTLESS FRIENDS WHO ARE ALL FINDING THAT HER CARE, COMPETENCE, AND PERSONAL ATTENTION MAKE THE THE DIFFERENCE. PUT IT ALL TOGETHER AND YOU FIND THAT YOU HAVE CONFIDENCE- -AND, ESPECIALLY DURING THESE DAYS 33432, YOU REALIZE THAT IS BOTH PRECIOUS AND PRICELESS...
