Visited Farmington urgent care for plugged ears, pressure in my head and post nasal drip I’ve had over three weeks. She said to take decongestant, use Flonase, Afrin, etc. no bacterial infection which was fine. Then if it’s not better in two weeks see my own doctor. She was very hurried, a little on the rude side and just dismissed me. I would like to say woman checking me in and nurse were awesome and very cordial. I will not want to see this doctor again, hope I alternatives.

I came in with bad hives. I said I think it’s from an antibiotic I am taking. She asked if I took Benadryl yet and looked at me like I was stupid when I said no. I said I took prednisone at home and it did nothing for me. She replied saying maybe the prednisone made the hives worse. Then proceeded to prescribe me prednisone for my hives. ??? She was in and out in 2 seconds and didn’t care at all or ask any of my symptoms. She didn’t even look at my hives or examine anything!!! I should be the doctor here she was no help at all

She did not ask fact finding questions, value my time, or show compassion. My lungs hurt and needed an antibiotic. All she heard was chest pains. She recommended I go to the ER and said she did all she could do for me. She didn't even provide me with a full examine. She listened to my heart and said ok, go to the ER. I told her I was not going to the ER, I needed an examination. My personal history shows infections and I would like an examination. She did not like this push back and was extremely rude, walked out of the room and told me she would be right back. Nurse returned with discharge paperwork. I had more questions for the doc so the nurse went to get her where an argument then took place. Arguing with a sick patient who she thinks is having a heart attack. I asked again if she was going to ask me for my personal medical history and provide me with an examine. I reiterated what I heard her saying to me...and she replied with "Don't put words into my mouth" and… walked out of the room. I'm not putting words into your mouth, I'm reiterating what I hear you saying to me in my words. I went to Urgent Care for an examination. All I got from her was a stethoscope to my heart and told to go to the ER. I did go to my Primary since I called them crying about this whole experience and.....they got me in immediately.....and guess who has a lung infection and not having a heart attack. All she had to do was the full medical examine that I paid for, instead, she tried to push me out the door as quickly and rudely as possible.

I went to urgent Care for a sore throat and was seen by Dr Sharza. She was rude and said you were here 2 days ago why are you back here I said my condition has gotten worse.She said go to hospital . wouldn't even look at me

Went to clinic on a Sunday for plugged ear. Last time, same issue and they flushed my ear no problem. This time i got a Susan Sharza, she was very rude and short with me, didn't seem to want to do anything, waited over an hr, and paid $60 copay to have her walk in and say i needed ear drops, before she even looked in my ear. after seeing the dismay on my face she quickly glanced in both ears and reiterated i need otc drops, and that she wasn't even going to try to flush it. She was hurried and seemed to be inconvenienced by my being there. I would recommend seeing another Dr. if you have the chance.

We needed to go to the urgent care and I have a mentally challenged person that needed to be seen. I was very impressed with her because she talked to the patient and treated her in the manor she deserved to be treat. Thank You Doctor Sharza for the awesome care. you gave my resident and it was truly noticed.

was very impressed with meeting this physician. Relaxed manner made me at ease. I felt like I was welcomed as a new patient and completely felt at ease with her.

Very poor interpersonal skills.Doesn't seem interested in my complaints at all. Just ordering tests medicine.
