Dr. Susan Ann Thomas

My experience at this practice was absolutely horrible. I waited two months for an appointment. Upon arriving I explained my symptoms and requested a full work up based on previous notes. I was refused service due to being labeled as an "angry black woman" simply because I advocated for myself. This practice engages in and supports unethical, negligent and racist behavior. The way I was treated today made it clear that Dr. Susan Thomas and the office manager Lisa lack empathy, concern for patient care, and basic decency.

This woman made my labor the worst possible experience in my entire life. I nearly died!! My mother was in the room and was even screaming at her because she would not listen. She also tried to prescribe me medicine that I had listed I was heavily allergic to. When she tried to do that she then proceeded to try to prescribe another medication I had listed I was allergic to. What’s more, she did this to another mom/friend of mine!!! She has a pattern! Please do not let yourself fall victim to this monster!

She utterly botched a simple procedure, made numerous mistakes, I walked in with no pain and now several weeks later am still in pain and am still recovering from extensive bruising--run--don't walk from this, worst physician I ever went to.
