Dr. Susan Touma, MD

I couldn’t have ask for a better doctor, her and her staff are very friendly and truly professionals, I had a mole remove and was in and out in less than an hour , I would highly recommend her. She’s great!!

I've seen a number of dermatologist over the years, I've had 7 malignant skin cancers and when I made my appointment with Dr. Touma she never made me feel rushed and listened to my concerns. I'm also using her office for some cosmetic procedures so now I have found a great doctor that I can accomplish necessary and elective procedures.

Susan Touma wants you to sign a statement that you will pay her if you miss an appointment and if something unexpectedly comes up, family emergency etc. they will decide if they will forgive that fee, in the meantime, you schedule an appointment for 9:00 Am, you are there 15 minutes early. You have to be to work at 11:00, however, you are still in the waiting room at 10:15. Now by the time you get back, there is no way you’re going to make it to work on time. So you either leave and reschedule and be charged that fee, or stay and are late for work. Believe me, it is one sided in this office. She is knowledgeable in her field. She just doesn’t give the appearance of having her patients interest at heart. In my opinion, it is about the money.

The staff was very sweet and knowledgeable about the products. I was very pleased with the outcome of my appointment with Dr. Touma. She seems to really care about the treatment of her patients. I would 100% recommend her to other people!

Pediatrician asked me to call Touma & find out if she would provide a certain treatment for my child. Touma REFUSED to acknowledge whether she ever provides the treatment procedure. I was told I had to make an appt before she would tell me if she even does the procedure!! They were extremely unhelpful and appallingly rude. I will NEVER take my children to see this doctor!!

Very impressive. Well informed about new techniques. Caring and also give all of the options before care. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing skin care.
