I had to see Dr. Tsai today because my regular OBGYN wanted a second opinion. I always research everything in regards to health issues because I like to be as informed as possible. What I thought I had turned out to be something different - but I’m not a doctor. Dr. Tsai listened to me, is very well educated and explained everything to me in great detail which made sense to me. My regular OBGYN thought I would need surgery but Dr. Tsai said I didn’t as my pain was due to something else. This is one doctor that isn’t out for money but puts the needs of her patients first. I highly recommend Dr. Tsai. I’d also like to mention that Dr. Thai’s staff is very personable, kind, with excellent communication skills. I was very impressed especially since I thought this appointment was going to be a waste of my time.

She did not give an acceptable level of care and was the worst gynecologist I have ever seen.

I've been going to Dr. Susan Tsai for about 3 1/2 years. She is always attentive to her patients, she's very knowledgeable about current trends and she's extremely personable. I only wish she could also by my general care doctor as well.

Dr. Tsai is an amazing doctor. She talked to me about surgery in detail, told me every possible outcome of the procedure, and made sure that I could ask questions. She was not rushed at all. She did a great job with my surgery - a hysterectomy. I spent a night in the hospital and then went home. She called me in my hospital room that evening to see how I was feeling and go over what happened in the procedure since I was finally awake enough to listen. Even though it was Saturday and she was not on call the next day, she came to see me and discharge me home. She is amazing.

Dr. Tsai is wonderful. She takes time to explain things, went over all my options, and answered my questions. She did my surgery minimally invasively which she has special training in. I stayed one night in the hospital (a Friday) and she even came to see me on Saturday morning when she was not on call. She obviously cares a lot about her patients and it shows.
