Awful administration. For the past 5 weeks I got numerous back and fourth phone calls from Dr Susan Wasserman's office just to get an appointment. They kept calling me and couldn't get my information or appointment straight. Finally a month before my appointment they call and say they cant take me bc I have Medicaid. I was like no I dont, i have original Medicare and the Medicaid is part B, its for the hospital. It has nothing to do with doctors that take original Medicare. They went ahead and canceled my appointment with out settling this with me or speaking to a hire up. I even called my insurance and they said the doctor should have no problem taking you. That the doc can just ignore medicaid part like all your other doctors are doing now. Terrible admins, very unorganized. Bad experience. It took me forever to get an endo appointment now I have to search for another doc.

Difficult to get first apt, easy to make follow up apt, returns all phone calls and calls with test results.

This doctor was just a waist of my time. I have a major thyroid problem I'm a women over 50 and need a good endocrinologist. So I trusted this person. She never returned phone calls and never explained my problems. It's so sad that she became a doctor. There are many other caring real doctors out there. I'm just trying to help others.

Dr. Wasserman is an excellent doctor with a wealth of knowledge in her field. She is very thorough, caring, and has a great personality. I would highly recommend Dr. Wasserman
