Chaos at its best I should have known better even trying to set up an appointment at this office became a fiasco and a malaise of confusion. In any event gave this place the benefit of the doubt after trying to schedule an appointment and going back and forth with the receptionist for 3 days for a simple annual check up and blood test. I got a 2 pm appointment and was told that no other appointments slots were available and to not eat for 6.5 hours prior to blood test. I showed up on time 5 minutes early for my 2 pm appointment. I’m told to wait and wait and wait that I’d be “seen” in a couple of minutes which become 45 minutes of waiting and waiting because this office is disorganized and dysfunctional. I tell them my time limited that I cannot be waiting for the fun of it specially when I have an appointment and I arrive on time. I’m told to wait another 30 minutes after wasting 45 minutes of my time waiting. I had to leave cannot be wasting 90 minutes to 120 minutes for the… privilege of being seen when they feel like taking care of me the patient. Has this place ever heard of customer service ? Assisting patients ? Scheduling ? Being on time ? Clearly not. Goodbye good riddance to this place. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule well sure I do I want to re schedule at a responsible place where patients are actually seen on time not this dump.

Although Dr Gozalez is nice, her staff is horrible. They insult you and talk behind your back. I really dont know why Dr hangs on tu her staff. They will ruin her business faster than the titanic sinking!!!

I can not recommend this doctor to anyone. The office staff is extremely rude and could care less about your medical condition. There are many other doctors at Mt Sinai that provide far better service, as well as a friendly office staff-Your health is important, do not leave it in the hands of an uncaring doctor and her staff.

She was our doctor while we were living in Miami. She was very good doctor, very professional and caring. She even returned our calls after we left Miami. She helped us many times. Unfortunately, her front desk staff is totally unprofessional and specially the office manager is extremely rude, offensive and very aggressive. We don't know if Dr.Gonzalez still has the same office manager named Sandy. We tried for months to get my husband's and my medical records and it was impossible. We are still waiting for them.We do really hope Dr. Gonzalez's office manager changed for the better.Overall we are very grateful with Dr.Gonzalez and we will always be.

She has been my doctor for the last 3 or 4 years and she does follow up and call you and knows you well. She has been accurate with her diagnostics.
