Had a visit at Jordan landing clinic with Suzan a few days ago. I felt incredibly dismissed by her. Bedside manner was extremely off-putting. She had a very brazen "know-it-all" attitude for someone who didnt really seem to know very much. Won't be seeing her again.

I can't agree with the previous 1-star reviews more. Same treatment. Seems this wasn't a one-off bad day. I've never had such poor treatment in any medical setting.

I had to see her through Jordan landing family health because I needed to renew a prescription and they said I needed a visit. Dr wasn’t available. The video they sent me did not work so she called me after I requested a call when she came on the phone she asked what she could do for me in a very rude way and I was confused because I set up the appointment from the request that they sent. She’s very offputting, impatient, and extremely rude, especially when I had to talk to her about uncomfort subject of hormone replacement. Had a serious chip on her shoulder, a bad attitude. I will never ever do a video/one call appointment again. I cannot recommend her at all. She is in the wrong servicing industry.

she spent only 5 min, won't listen to our concern seriously. my daughter had curitical anemia but she ignored. physical was only listen to hear, lung, abdomen. that's all she did.
