Dr. Suzanne Kathleen Hentz, MD

Dr Hentz is an awesome physician! She has an excellent staff, everyone was so friendly from check in to check out it was a pleasant experience.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BEING OVERCHARGED! After Dr. Hentz left the room after my annual exam, a nurse asked if I wanted to get blood work while I was there. I told her I didnâ??t think it was necessary and that I was fine. She then informed me it would be covered by insurance. I said in that case, I might as well. Afterwards, I checked out at the reception desk and paid my co-pay. A few weeks later, I had an invoice from Dr. Hent'z office stating I owe $207 for services not covered by my insurance. Sure enough, the blood work I didn't originally come in for was NOT covered by my insurance as I had been told by the nurse. Tried to work it out with the office and my insurance, but Dr. Hentz and her staff were very unwilling to help. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone.

BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE DISCUSSING ANYTHING. VERY WARM FEELING ENVIRONMENT
