I trust Dr. Walters implicitly. She evaluated my 14-year old son with a shoulder pitching injury and was thorough in her evaluation, follow-up, and recommendations. This is my first time seeing Dr. Walters. I thought she was extremely thorough with her line of questions and her exam. I felt like she really listened to me and explained very clearly to me what was going on with my injury. I appreciated her time and attention And would highly recommend her to others.

Everything was perfect, completing the check in on line, not waiting so much (less than 10 min) for the visit and the medical advice and support of the doctor and rest of the team. My daughter felt very well during the medical visit.

Our appointment was 3:15 and we arrived before 3. We waited almost 2 hours before we actually saw the doctor. The parking was free for 2 hours and I had to pay $8 for parking — this is how long we had to wait. I missed a work meeting and my child missed a class. The doctor is nice and knowledgeable. But the time management at this place is terrible. Also during this more than 2 hours no one including the doctor acknowledged that they were running SOOO LATE!

Such a great experience! Dr. Walters made sure my son fully understood his condition after the diagnosis. She made an effort to connect with him so that he felt comfortable trusting her. She asked questioned and listened to understand. I appreciated her patience and kindness. She is a seasoned professional who cares.

Dr. Walters was wonderful with our daughter. Dr. Walters was able to quickly diagnose our daughter's shoulder injury and directed a treatment plan that did not require surgery. A few months later she is pain free and back playing all of her sports. Thank you!
