Svetlana Hill is opinionated and very business oriented doctor. I'm not sure that it is good idea to be her patient if you have some problem with health

Dr. Svetlana Hill is an EXCELLENT doctor. She actually listens to her patients and takes the time to address any and all of your needs/questions. Her bedside manner is outstanding. You aren't just going to the doctor; you are visiting a friend. She found, correctly diagnosed, and ultimately removed my skin cancer (on more than one occasion). She helped me stop smoking after 33 years in 1 attempt. She has helped me in many many ways; physically, emotionally, and intellectually. Her office staff is OUT-STANDING. They are professional, courteous, extremely efficient and knowledgeable. They have filed every claim, disputed every discrepancy, and returned every phone call in a timely effective manner on my behalf. Ashley alone has saved me well over a thousand dollars from the insurance company trying to deny coverage or out-of-network a lab on me. Insurance companies can be sneaky; but they are not as PERSEVERANT and DETERMINED as Ashley is when it comes to taking care of their patients.… The whole office staff is PHENOMENAL. I used to hate going to the doctor and didn't for many years because I couldn't find one that I liked. My sister recommended Dr. Svetlana because her and her 4 daughters use her and Dr. Matthew Hill. I have seen him a couple of times also and he is FANTASTIC. I actually look forward to my regular check ups so I can visit with everybody. I ALWAYS feel better when I leave Hill Family Medicine and I highly recommend you give their office a try. Nothing is as contagious as a smile; and that is exactly how you will leave their office; with a huge smile on your face knowing you've received the BEST care the medical profession has to offer.

I don't recommend this office. Dr. Svetlana Hill seems like a good doctor but the office staff is terrible. You have to call multiple times to get someone to answer and if they mess up something they do not own up to their mistake. Some tests were ordered and I asked before getting it done if any of the tests required prior authorization but they assured me it doesn't. Later it did and now I am out $250 since insurance denied the claim. When I tried to figure what was going on they were of no help and took so long to respond that I missed the appeal date. Ashley kept insisting that it did not require prior authorization and never once apologized for her mistake.

Dr Svetlana Hill listens. She is kind and caring and very smart. I highly recommend her. Dr Matthew Hill is a great Dr too. Nice to have a team.

I saw Dr. Svetlana Hill for the first time yesterday. She was intelligent, caring, knowledgeable, and had excellent bedside manner. I would absolutely recommend her. She impressed me, and even gave me the shot herself. If you're looking for someone top notch, you should see her.

This place has been wonderful to work with on a workers comp injury. All of the nurses and staff have been great and knowledgeable on every scenario from insurance problems to medication and prescriptions. Dr Megley has been prompt and knew exactly how to handle my issues. Dr Megley treated me like a friend in pain and not just another number coming into her office. I would recommend Dr Megley and her staff to any of my friends or family.

Excellent Doctor. Very professional, wonderful staff.
