Dr. Svetlana Kruglyakov, MD

The staff is pretty unprofessional. I called to make an appointment and was told by Nana that the next appointment is in 45 days (yes, more then a month!!!). My friend called the next day and spoke with Irina and got her appointment within 5 days. How come? Office is always overbooked. Nana (receptionist) uses "overbooked" as an excuse to not give an appointment, and if you are lucky and got an appointment then there is a waiting time in the lobby for a good 45 minutes to 1.5 hours!!! In the same lobby with sick kids, sick adults, infants....and what does it even mean office is overbooked? They schedule more patients than they can take? Is it a money making machine??? Also, the rooms are always pretty cold for infants. One time we came with the flu and the Doctor said we have a virus. The doctor gave, my then 4 months baby, a very, very strong antibiotic from an infection (?!?!). A virus and an infection are two different things!!!!

personally walked into schedule an appointment.on the day we were turned down saying we didnt make an appointment.pathetic

Great doc. I would recommend her as a pediatrician. Helpful and well-informed.
