Dr. Swapan Nag-Chaudhuri

Dr.Nag is excellent dentist,great for every age. Hi is taking care my family for 22 years.The all staff are very nice and professional. I do recommend Dr.Nag to everyone. ?

Dr. Nag is so caring, and displays an incredible bed-side manor. He will fix an oral problem immediately. He tells you " see how you feel in a few days. Any problem, even of its a filling come back". I will had to visit another Dentist due to insurance issues, he fixed that ongoing problem as well. If you demand great oral health, visit Dr. Nag!

Dr. Nag does not care about patients. I told him my teeth cracked and it hurts when I drink water. I was told to stop drinking water & that he won’t fix my teeth because it was cosmetic. When I asked why my teeth cracked he refused to answer & left the room. He talked down to me, laughed in my face when i asked “stupid” questions & told me that I wasn’t in pain when I told him I was. I went to him for 5 years and finally switched. My new dentist as well as two others (for a few more opinions) told me that I have been grinding my teeth for years which explains the cracked teeth, & my root canal done by Nag needs to be redone & according to X-rays might not have need necessary. I also learned that Nag did not do the mandatory (by law) safety precautions while performing procedures on me that could have cause sever medial probalems. If someone could take away this mans license it would do the world a great service.

Dr. Nag talks down to you. I am in the process of finding another dentist who takes my insurance. He is not a caring person at all.

My sons and I have been patients of Dr. Nag's for nearly 20 years! He has ALWAYS given the BEST service, care, and concern. He is clear, and honest about what needed to be done and has ALWAYS made certain that I was comfortable, with the least possible pain, and quality dentistry.

Nag will make all little things look big to get as much money from your insuranse as possible. Get ready for crowns and bridges or get second opinion from reputable doctor and you will be surprised.

Dr. Nag-Chaudhuri is very caring and gentle. He eases my fear of the dentist every time I see him. the staff is helpful and friendly. His office isn't high tech but his abilities are.

The office is small. The Staff is rude and untrained. The dentist many of times yells at his X-ray tech that again she had messed up on the angle of the Xray shot, in which has to be taken again. Anyway, Dr Nag is a basic dentist with no frills. Although he is a qualified dentist, his staff is a nightmare. I waited almost 3 months to get a pre-authorization from my insurance just because 1) Dr Nag's office filled out my paperwork wrong 2) then didnt attached my X-rays 3) then forgot to mail in my paperwork to my provider. When I informed them that I am in pain and begged for help and mercy. they didnt care. I even said I was willing to pay out of pocket while waiting for the insurance to authorize the procedure. I was rudely told, No, and if I wanted to do that, I would be charged the full price that will not be refunded after the insurance paid them. I then threatened to take my business to another Dentist if I can't get faster service and that is when Dr. Nag's office verbally… attacked me and threatened me.Seriously, No one should ever experience what I did. You go to a dentist, you get serviced, you go home. That simple. But at this place there is nothing professional about it. Beware !!!!!
