She was my daughter's daughter for two years. An absolute nightmare! I was taking her there because it was close to home but we could not take it any longer. This doctor sits on refill requests for many days. A couple of times I had to take my daughter to Urgent Care because this doctor misdiagnosed her illness. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. I have tried to make numerous appointments for my daughter and have been turned away. I was told to not waste Dr. Roy's time. After a trip to the emergency room and a double ear infection.

Have been taking my kids to her for a while now , dr roy doesn't spend time with you and explain anything. Diagnostics is very bad . She guess's most of the time . I will be looking for another de for my 2 kids.

Dr. Roy is very nice Dr. The staff is very nice, .the big problem is Dr. Don't know the diagnose of the patient

Dr. Roy was my daughters doctor when she was born and has always been a knowledgeable, respectable, wonderful, caring and concerned doctor. I have always had a good experience with her and its been almost 11 years!

I have four children and Dr. Roy has been our pediatrician for over 16 years. She has always provided my family with the utmost in professional care and has a quiet, reassuring manner. I appreciate that she has always taken my input seriously and is very respectful of me as the parent. She ALWAYS takes her time with us and I know that I have her complete, undivided attention. I know that she truly cares for my children and their physical health and is also interested in what is going on in their lives. She treats her patients as individuals and not just case numbers. Thank you, Dr. Roy!

This doctor takes time to listen to my kids concerns and her diagnoses has always been accurate. She never rushes you out the door. Excellent doctor.

Things most important to me when seeing a Dr...do they remember me?, do they spend time with me (no hand on the door), answer all of my questions and explain things? Dr. Roy does all of those things! She truly cares for my kids, remembers them, monitors them - and is thorough. Respects my questions and explains things. She's great!

This office is at best mediocre. Doctor Roy was just ok, rather insensitive, but at least tried to be useful. One of the most annoying things was that they have some really awkward fees: $20 if you forget to pay your co-pay or $50 for missed appointment plus a slew of others. The walls are plastered with patient warning signs; from fee warnings to take-the-diapers-home ones. I guess they don't understand that patients are also their customers and such silly things only makes them wonder why are they in such an unfriendly place. I'm not going back after first visit.
