There are no words to properly express my gratitude for the years I have been privileged to call Dr H, my doctor. Her professionalism and thoroughness as a practioner are only surpassed by the compassion, empathy, respect and love she shows each patient. The above and beyond manner in which she cared for me and my parents will never be forgotten. The after hours conference calls counseling our whole family during difficult times will never be forgotten. I want to Thank You Dr Haberland! We just experienced the most absurd nonsense at her office. Upon arrival a very rude receptionist comes out and without identifying herself, greeting us or even saying hello, asks us if we had been tested for COVID. We answered yes, since I had hip replacement surgery on May 29 at Mount Sinai and they test everyone before they are admitted to the hospital as long as the results come back negative. All the pre operation clearance was done at her office as well, and yet, the ogre who was sitting outside the office questioning patients went on to say that unless I had the results I was not allowed in the office. First problem, when scheduling the appointment 2 days earlier, no one mentioned any such requirements, as well as not having done this at any of the three prior visits since the pandemic started. To make matters worse, some lady comes in, she asks her in front of us if she had ever been tested, the lady replies “no” and she sends her right in!?! Somehow a patient who had… surgery, had been tested by a hospital and whose complete history they had since COVID started is no longer welcome there, albeit someone who might be contaminated and had never been tested goes right in. I cannot even begin to try to understand the absurdity of what was transpiring. Upon asking to speak to the manager, an entitled SJW comes out asking what the problem was and when confronted to explain what kind of logic they were applying at that time, she immediately gets defensive, states only that “these are the rules” (that no one cared to disclose when setting the appointment and just started magically that very morning) and start claiming she is offended in a pitiful attempt to not have to explain the truth behind this egregious rule. Somehow just felt like profiling going on and we shouldn’t expect anything else, as this kind of stupidity has no logical explanation. I am disabled and I have to go to several different doctors every month. I’ve been to two different ones just this month. I have never, in any of their offices, had experienced this level of idiocy. Some doctor who was so ashamed, she did not even try to explain herself, make a call or anything. She simply sent a message through the ogre that she would not be seeing us without our test results in hand (which Mount Sinai never provided a copy of and would take weeks to get, after physically handing them a medical release). All the while, she continues to see people who had not been tested and could be possibly carrying the virus. The “amazing” representatives have also confirmed that had we lied, we would’ve been able to go to our appointment and I would’ve had my annual check up.

Dr. Haberland is the the epitome of how people in the medical profession should be. Genuinely a great person as well as doctor. She allots time to discuss medical concerns, explains and offers great medical advise. No rushing here! This is a first for me! Everyone I have recommended her to is happy . My son, 22 says she is awesome and made him very comfortable. She is proactive, very thorough and knowledgeable. To say the lease, I am very pleased. Thank you Dr. Haberland. I sincerely appreciate you!

Dr S Haberland always has time to listen to my Medical Needs. The medical caring is above and beyond what I have found previously. Thank you for all my medical care needs. I would recommend Dr. S Haberland. The staff is friendly, and courteous.

She is amazing! The staff is amazing!! She listens and helps! My health is complicated and she is the best, i am not a “geania pig” like many other doctors try to make me out to be to try new things when things already work. She goes the extra mile, and always makes me comfortable. Her bed side manner is top notch! Just an amazing female doctor, who treats you as you’d hope to be treated! Honesty is key too!
