I have been a patient for years. I have always found the facility Clean and organized. I have always been seen with 5 minutes of my appointment time I have been in the hospital more times than I care to remember but each time my follow up with Dr Azum was wonderful. Even the staff that answers the phone is always helpful. I am very pleased with the service and Kind treatment that I have received from the office staff. Dr. Azum takes the time to ask how things are going, is there any concerns other than what I am there for. Do I have any questions about medicines or the treatment plan. And he always ends with Be Happy it is the best way to stay healthy. Love Love

Based on my initial visit, I am disappointed that I was not impressed with Dr. Azam, his staff, his office environment. First, I waited about 45-55 minutes. Others were complaining amongst themselves. I went to the desk and asked about my status as I had to be at work at a certain time. I was told I would be next. There were no apologies, no explanations, no expression of empathy. Dr. Azam took my medical history while entering information into his computer. What sat "not right" with me was that his wife's weight loss products were so prominently displayed. Yet, every single person on his staff is overweight by 25-50 pounds. Also, paper signs are scotch taped on the walls in the waiting room, hallways, appointment rooms about e.g. time needed for prescription refill requests, etc. etc. Yes, we judge a book by the cover.

Dr. Azam is devoted to returning to the days when doctors developed relationships with his patients and their families. Dr. Azam and Dr David take the time to listen and treat you as if you are their number one priority. All members of the staff at Vail Internal Medicine treat you in a friendly, professional manner. The entire office seems to highly take pride in being members of the Vail community. Thorough treatment and a comfortable environment characterize Vail Internal Medicine. As a retired member of the military, I offer Dr Azam and Vail Internal Medicine the highest recommendation

Dr. Azam became the physician for several patients in a long term care facility that I was involved with, as well as being my own physician. He was instrumental in helping elderly patients become healthy again after bad prescribing and misdiagnosis by other physicians. He is a careful doctor and respectful. He is also friendly and kind. I used his services myself and I would highly recommend him.
