Ok, so its hard for me to make and keep appointments so I moved to this facility for the convienece. So far they have held my Blood Pressure Medicine hostage. One refill, then I have to have blood work again to get it renewed. What a racket! Do not use this place for anything accept the flu or the sniffles....then only as a last resort. This doctore refuses to give me my blood pressure medicine even though all vitals show its working great. Done, over this doctor and this facility!

This dr gave me Avelox for 'onset acute sinusitis'. A year before I was given this, the FDA put a black box warning on Avelox. The FDA stated that it should only be used a last resort medication & to be used only when other medications have failed. I was sick for a week and never took anything else. I took 2 doses and and had a severe adverse drug reactions. That's been 1 1/2 years ago, and I'm still dealing with tendon issues, peripheral neuropathy, and central nervous system complications. It's called fluoroquinolone toxicity, look it up.
