Dr. Syed Zahid Mohsin, MD

I am appalled that this man calls himself a geriatric doctor. As we all know, some elderly patients don't have advocates and have to navigate their care on their own. This place is ran like a factory with little to no compassion for their clients. It's hard to get in touch with the front desk staff, let alone trying to speak with the doctor himself. The whole office setup is confusing, chaotic and unorganized. You are treated like a number rather than a human being. My father has been in the hospital for over a week and Mr. Mohsin (I won't even give him the respect to call him a doctor) has NOT followed up or come to see him at all. We have called and left messages, but has yet to receive a return call from him to follow up. This is not the first time that we have found ourselves in this position with Mr. Mohsin, but we have tried to give him chances since health-care is struggling right now. Mr. Mohsin needs to retire ASAP as he doesn't deserve to hold the title or certifications of… doctor. If you love your family member or friend, please do yourself a favor find yourself a new doctor.

Terrible/ Worst Doctor I ever met. Never return calls, rude, not attentive to patient care. His Nurse Assistance ( B. Hughes) needs to take over the operation of the facility great lady . Pls don’t waste your time with this so called Doctor.

Seems more interested in his cell phone than listening to patients. I found him rude & dismissive. Not at all helpful. Would never recommend him

Dr Mohsin takes his time listening to issues patients have. Caring doctor not rushed at all. Best Doc Ever!!

Only took my mother to see him once. She is not eating or barely drinking. He ordered tests, then scheduled her back in a MONTH to do a memory/dementia test. Wait a month with someone who is not eating?? Just seems interested in writing off patients he immediately feel are not worth it. Very interested in if you have a living will or advanced directives. How about we see if the patient can be treated and helped? I need to call back with questions, but don't seem very hopeful anything will be done with urgency. I'd say don't bother with him if you have any real medical issues that need prompt attention.
