This place is a hellhole. Staff and Dr are completely inept and unprofessional.Dr runs in and out of exam room while I'm still talking to him.Cant get a referral sent to another Dr, they just scribble the Specialty, eg "Podiatrist" on a generic form. Meds called into Pharmacy with multiple errors. I asked for copy of my lab results, they gave me somebody else results. EKG machine was about 50 yrs old, they needed 3 people to make it work. ETCETCETC on and on

The doctor bounced in looked in my ears said you have borderline high blood pressure walked out and trust me that was it!!!! I needed lots of questions answered and he is by far the least competent doctor I’ve been to. The medical assistants there are clueless. The girl I had tried three times to get a BP said I have deep veins. I have been a RN for 25+ years I came here because they had same day appointments. Run for you life if you can run!!!! You will be better off at the Health Dept or any other facility.

I really like this office. It is very affordable. Doctor is nice. Staff is very well organized.

Please " Do " Believe all the negative reviews they are Definetely telling the truth...This crazy doctor doesnt even look or talk directly to u @ all...He talks about whatever u ask him to his Staff thats in the room with u....As if u are Invisible. ..I Seriously think he has some " MENTAL " Problems he needs help !

First off, nothing that follows has been embellished at all and we were actual patients. Like some of the other reviews, we found that this is not a Dr.'s office whatsoever. I can't even tell you how the Dr. is because we never even saw him, other than when he stormed into the office, 45 minutes late for work while all the rooms(closets) were full, as was the waiting room. As soon as he showed up, people started filing right out of the exam rooms, I guess he waves a wand and gets a diagnosis instantly. Once we were taken back to a room, we were greeted with a nurse who spoke so fast you couldn't understand her. It became clear that speed was key; get as many patients through as fast as possible - who cares what's wrong with them. While you are in your room, all you can hear is nurses shouting, and they literally refer to patients by what insurance they have. It sounds more like the trauma ward in an ER after a major disaster than a Dr.'s office. We saw the Dr. go into the room across… from us to a Spanish speaking gentleman, which he talked to through a translator. After literally 15 seconds of conversation, the Dr.'s first statement to the nurse was "does he have insurance? Blue Cross? Oh give him one of those now and more later". Now to our actual experience. My wife needed a pre op for minor surgery. The only reason we went there was our normal urgent care could only bill as an urgent care, meaning everything we needed would be out of pocket. This walk in is considered a physicians office, so it would only be an office visit co-pay. Warning!!! You get what you pay for!!!! So my wife needed bloodwork, an EKG, and a chest X-ray. Well the only thing they can do on site is an EKG. So we would have to make two more appointments to complete the pre-op and still have to come back to the office for them to sign off on the procedure. Anyway, the nurse came in to do the EKG, and she spoke very broken English. She tries to do the test and all that is printing is straight lines. Meanwhile, people are yelling through the door "are you almost done in there!?" and one nurse keeps coming in and out while my wife is half naked lying on the table, barely covered up. Well the nurse takes the printouts with straight lines outside the room and comes back in a minute later and says the Dr. said it looked fine. Me, having had many ekg's due to tachycardia said no, those are straight lines, that's not an EKG! The nurse leaves again and says the machine isn't working right and we'd have to come back. Now, I'm even more upset! Well then they say they can use another machine. So now two nurses work on her and they managed to not be able to tell left from right on the wires. After they got that straight, her EKG actually printed but apparently it was "borderline" and now we need to go to a cardiologist to sign off on it. Gee, maybe you've made my wife a nervous wreck! So now we have to go to three more place to get the pre-op. Needless to say, we payed the $25 co-pay and beat feet back to the original urgent care(physicians immediate care) where we were treated like humans, not dogs, even though they shouldn't be treated this way either! Everything checked out fine of course. Bottom line, this place is borderline, if not over the line of malpractice. We never saw the Dr. They never checked her blood pressure or listened to her heart. I'd say this place is a joke, but there's nothing funny about it. I would not trust any diagnosis or treatment coming from this place. Like other reviews, it seems like no one here has any medical training whatsoever. I think they figure it out as they go. Well, they're still learning....at their patients expense.

if i could give zero stars i would. I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone. the office is dirty and nasty makes you think your going to a Doctors office in a third world country. The Doctor is rude and very unprofessional. the doctor and the staff talk to you like you are stupid. i will definitely be calling the better business bureau on this office.

Dr. Rahman was very professional. His staff was very kind and considerate. I will definitely come back here.

I've been here many times, had no insurance and he is the cheapest office in town that I've found. You get what you pay for. They don't check you out right, the rooms are small shabby, and Dr. Rahman doesn't talk to you, the patient, but instead will converse only with the assistant there with him. He is rude when he does talk and had at one time did yell at me about what a good and generous man he is. Since that time I have not seen him, at my request, but instead see his PA. I have diabetes and do need medication every day, they only fill for 1 month, sometimes 2 and you have to pay for a doctors visit every time. They have written wrong prescriptions, forgotten prescriptions, written wrong doses: in other words you have to watch them like a hawk. I refuse to get my prescriptions at their office, too expensive, and get them at Walmart, with my last visit, they refused to write the prescriptions, said they would call them in. I went to go pick up my prescriptions, they forgot to order… them. when I went back for my prescriptions 2 days later, they had forgotten Simvastatin and 2 other medications. Simvastatin is rather important. I had Walmart pharmacy fax a request for this medication, no response. This is the 3rd time I've done this, for different medications, every time there is no response. So now , again I have to waste my time going to the Clinic, to wait in that nasty little room, so that I can get the medication that they forgot.

one time i went in with a cold and and came out fine he is a very good doctor.

I felt more like dollar signs when leaving than a patient. They couldnt even read my blood pressure right, it took two people.They gave me a script for high blood pressure for two months and said " just come back and we will refill it for you" Yea... if you want to pay for a complete doctors visit every time. I find that pretty dishonest and unprofessional. patients beware...its only your life on the line!
