Dr. Syed Nadeem Hussain Shah, MD

He did not listen well, got stuck on one issue, and did not address others. He left instructions that indicated that he did not know my chart; one example, instructed me to stop taking medications which I was no longer taking. Cannot not recommend him.

I recently had a visit with Dr. Syed Shah for the first time and I have to say, I now know what the hype about Dr. Shah is about... I have never had the pleasure of setting with a physician where I felt I was totally in the hands of a true professional. He was so very thoughtful of my needs and even printed out specific things that I needed to help me with controlling my sugar levels with diet so that my numbers would be in a safer range. He was not afraid to let me now what could happen if I did not listen to his suggestions. I did not feel as though I was rushed and he listened to every word and concern I had. It was obvious that he is a Doctor because he truly cares about people. The Heart of a TRUE DOCTOR!!!

If not for Dr Shah's diligence I might not be enjoying the good health I have today. He literally saved my life. Dr Shah leaves nothing to chance, he uses all available diagnostic resources to treat my health concerns. I applaud and appreciate his willingness to listen to my concerns and respond with honest answers that I can understand. He always makes me feel confident and safe with his suggested course of treatment. He is a genuinely caring person and I am truly grateful that he is my primary care physician. Hopefully he will not retire from practice in my lifetime.

I met Dr. Shah for the first time yesterday as he was replacing a Dr. that I really liked. I was nervous since the Dr. that left was so good. Dr. Shah is kind, attentive, and very thorough. I went through everything that was bothering me and he didn't pressure me to finish up. I also was happy with the fact that he seemed to recognize a lot of my ailments and sent me for testing immediately to try and dertermine the best course of action. I am glad to say that Dr. Syed Shah is my PCP.

This doctor is GREAT ! He takes his time, provides excellent descriptions of what he finds and recommends, has excellent communication skills and knows what he's doing. One of the best doctors I've had in 60 years.

Dr Shah is an exceptional physician. He is very good at diagnostics and knows exactly what treatments to prescribe. I hope he stays with the Pres. Medical Group since he is VERY good.

I've been a patient of Dr Shah for several years and have found his care to be excellent. He is also a super nice individual. If you're looking for a very good Internist, and he's accepting new patients, you won't find a better doctor.

My moved to Albuquerque since she could not live by herself and we needed a good doctor for her but we had no idea who to ask and where to go so we just relied on our luck and saw the first doctor our insurance recommended .we were very lucky since we have no problem with Dr Shah and his staff , every one is very polite and professional and my mother is in good hands .I would recommend Dr Shah to any body who needs a great doctor..

I as looking for a new Primary Care Physician since my "old" doctor retired. Several people recommended Dr Shah so I decided to give him a try. What an excellent doctor. He takes the time to explain any problem found or test needed and only prescribes medication whenneeded. If a health emergency occurs, he will work you into his schedule the sameday.. something almost impossible with other busy physicians. I have complete confidence in this doctor and would recommend him to anyone looking for a good Internist. Other family members alsosee Dr Shah and share my views about him.
