Great doctor and awesome skills!! Dr. Zaffer exceeded my expectations!

Professional, Friendly and Fast

04.22.2026; I had a very pleasant experience with my office visit with Dr. Zaffer for a nerve test due to my intermittent wrist pain on my left wrist, which already had carpal tunnel surgery. He explained in detail what he was testing and why. He gave me a needle shot and explained the pain severity, which was very minimal. I’ve seen Dr. Zaffer twice and he’ was very professional on both visits. Highly Recommend!!!

Explained and performed well enough to give Dr Syed and his assistant ,I am glad I had emg test done with him.

Dr Zaffer is a gentleman and very professional. He explained everything before he did the procedure. I would recommend him to other patients.

Dr. Zaffer is a very well educated and very nice doctor. He has a great bedside manner and is very good at explaining what he is doing and why and does it to where as a patient you can understand what he is talking about. I would highly recommend seeing him for orthopedic needs.

Dr. Zaffer is very very nice. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. I can’t say the same for a few of the girls that work at the front desk. They were very rude to me. I was very upset when I left there. Don’t appreciate being talked to the way I was. I work with the public and I don’t treat anyone like they treated me. Telling me that they weren’t going to argue with me when I mentioned that I was told a different amount for payment last year and it turned out to be less money which was good and certainly was not arguing about anything. Also she rolled her eyes at me when she asked if I had lotion on my Hands and I said that I did. It turned out that I didn’t have lotion on. Plus the doctor said it didn’t matter. I also got such a disgusting look from one of the other girls up front when I accidentally knocked over one of the clip boards and pen holder I apologized and she said nothing but giving me the dirty look. I am tired of being… treated like this when there is no reason on earth to be so impolite and rude!!! If you can’t be nice to people then I think they need to find another form of employment.

Dr. Zaffer is extremely intelligent and very competent his bedside manner so to speak his excellent explains everything extremely well and doesn’t waste time gets it done.

Dr. Zaffer and his staff were very excited professional. They took their time to make me feel at ease.

I recently saw Dr. Zaffer for an EMG. He walked in, introduced himself, and asked me a bit about what was going on. He explained the procedure prior to starting and was not in a rush. He is a very pleasant physician.
