Dr. Sylvia Sattawhite Glaze, MD

Dr. Glaze was professional but the office staff was not. They forgot to send in my perscription on a Friday. I spoke with the nurse again that day and she assured me it was now sent in. It still was not. Called after hours and was told the Dr. was not calling back so if I was really sick then I need to go to the ER. What did I go to the Dr. for the? I spent the whole weekend coughing my but off with no cough syrup and no idea when I would get it and they were rude to me for them not sending in my perscription. I will never use this office again. Nobody has it together. I was told several different things from several different people. Very disappointed.

Dr. Glaze has been my primary doctor for fifteen or more years. I attribute my excellent health to her care. Dr. Glaze has referred me to other specialist that has taken care of whatever problem that requires more attention. If I am overweight, or have other things happen to me it is my own fault she is trying to correct. I give her five stars easily.

Dr. Glaze was professional in dealing with me, though I felt, as I did with other doctors at Austin Regional Clinic at Seton, that I was the one providing all of the information. All of the doctors who I have seen at ARC haven't been able to pin a diagnosis on my condition, including Dr. Glaze. It feels as if they're almost taking shots in the dark. She seems professional and interested in what I have to say, but I feel that if I cannot get a diagnosis after my next visit, I may head to a different doctor to get a second opinion.
