Dr. Jaramillo is one of the best doctors I have had. She is very caring and patient. She takes the time to listen and talk about my concerns and health condition. I would highly recommend her.

She is also very knowledgeable about advancements in her field and is perpetually seeking to offer the most advanced and highest quality of care available. She has been my oncologist since 2016, and she is steadfast in her dedication to helping me on my health journey, listening to my needs and concerns and helping to develop a care plan that is both aggressive towards health and manageable for my life. I am blessed to have selected her as my oncologist and I feel my health journey had been strengthened by her medical expertise and support.

I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer about eighteen months ago. Fortunately, I was referred to Dr. Jaramillo which may be why I am still here today to write this review. She is a very caring doctor. I firmly believe that she has cared for me the same way she would have cared for a member of her own family. In addition, she has managed my treatment plan, involving three surgeons, a radiation doctor, my PCP, and the infusion staff at Texas Oncology with great skill. I recommend her without reservation for those in need of her services. I also recommend Texas Oncology where she practices for those in need of the services of that organization.

Dr. Jaramillo spans two potentially opposing worlds with grace and professionalism. Firstly, she is both gifted and smart, and certainly knows her stuff. Furthermore, she appears to be very much a lifelong learner who is constantly exploring other medical specialties in order to broaden her own knowledge – a commendable attribute that ensures she doesn't fall prey to being guilty of the old adage of "knowing more and more about less and less". Professionally, she is extremely thorough, and her insights and advice are spot on, which leads me to another facet of her talent. She is exceptionally good at relating to patients, is very caring, a superb listener, and wonderfully empathetic; qualities that are often hard to find when viewed in conjunction with a high level of medical expertise. Her communication and her honesty invariably conjure a bond of trust – an indispensable quality to have in one's doctor if the relationship is to be open and productive. In addition, she ensures that… any other medical professionals that she refers her patients to also meet her high standards. I come from a medical family and have been a patient of Dr. Jaramillo for several months now; I have had occasion to meet with her several times so far and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
