My first visit to Dr Rana was great. He explained my diagnosis thoroughly. He then explained my options and what came along with each treatment option in terms of side effects. He explained my treatment plan. He put my mind at ease on the outcome of my procedure explaining its effectiveness. He was very personable and professional.

After being diagnosed with Prostate cancer in late 2024, I visited with 2 surgeons. One was the original urologist that performed the biopsy and the second was to receive a second opinion. (1 core was a Gleason 7 ~ 3+4) The second opinion doctor suggested I also talk to a radiologist to explore all options for treatment. That's when we visited with Dr. Rana. Our first appointment was very thorough explaining in detail my results from the biopsy and PSA trends. He suggested a PET scan which I did the following week. The second appointment with Dr. Rana was to follow up with the PET scan. Dr. Rana was very informative and explained everything in detail. My wife and I both felt he has a lot of experience specifically with Prostate cancer and we had full trust in his recommendations but didn't pressure us to choose either surgery or radiation. He provided lifestyle and nutrient recommendations. His office manager Jessica was also very accommodating and efficient. We strongly recommend Dr.… Rana if you are considering radiation as opposed vs. surgery. Radiation treatment has come a long way and has minimal side affects. Do your research as this is a very curable cancer. Early detection if critical. Also recommend a book to do your research. DR. Patrick Walsh's "Guide to Surviving Prostate Cancer".

Dr. Rana is thorough and took the time to make sure that my wife and I understood the treatment process and answered all of our questions and concerns. He used online resources to help us get a detailed understanding of what I was dealing with.

I always felt like I was in good hands with Dr. Rana and his staff. My results from the treatment were outstanding. The wait times were minimal and the staff professional and courteous. I can't recommend him enough!
