I treated with Dr. TAMA Porter for over a year and she has been one of the worst doctors that I have encountered in my life. She had me on a non-realistic regimen that only set me up for failure. When I told her that her plan wasn’t working the only her ego got the best of her and the only thing she told me was to stop messaging her so much and to find another endocrinologist. Who does that? It’s obvious that she didn’t care about me or my diabetes management in the least bit. In fact, she had the audacity to tell me that she couldn’t do anything for me and told me to find another doctor. Her lack of apathy and concern for a struggling patient was most alarming. I am beyond dismayed at the time I wasted with this doctor who has lack of sympathy for her patients. I have found a new DOCTOR and can’t wait to get back on a sensible and achievable diabetes management plan. Again, beware of Dr. TAMA PORTER beware!!!!! She is the worst!!!!!

Very disappointed, at first she seemed very nice and concerned, than she seemed to have changed. Not really all that in tune with her specialty as a doctor, and lack of knowledge on serious illnesses. Pushes medications instead of getting to the root of illness, and treating it properly. Has obstructed a few serious symptoms and direct approach to testing and treating. Got another Endo far away in another from North Shore.

This Dr. doesn't listen to her patients concerns. She doesn't have any bedside manners. She also seems to have a Huge Ego/God complex.
