Everyone in the office was very helpful.

Dr. Tamar Braverman is a phenomenal doctor. She has the ability to listen and HEAR what often times I cannot express on my own with my health. She pays attention to detail, is patient , explains thoroughly and makes me feel a part of my own patient process. Words cannot express how amazing she Is, many doctors in the field can learn from HER by simply observing her interactions and follow-up.

Dr. Braverman has always treated me with respect and been careful and thorough. I had a lot of anxiety about health issues in the past and even though I saw her frequently, and the only thing really wrong with me was my anxiety, she never made me feel bad about coming in and always examined me carefully. I have followed her when she switched practices, I definitely recommend.

I saw Dr Braverman a few times at Pro Health Physicians & will not see her again. She may be a good doctor -but I expect a little warmth & compassion, of which she has absolutely NONE.

When I first met Dr. Braverman i was greated with a kind heart and the staff in the office are always nice. Dr. Braverman has been my doctor for a long time now and I will recommend her and her office to everyone. She has always listened to my problems and given me best treatments. Even when I don't see Dr Braverman all.of then other APRNs are kind.

We've been Dr. Braverman's patients for awhile now, just finally getting around to writing a review. She is generally nice however I would say her "bedside manner" is lukewarm and curt at best. She just seems to be resistant to information shared and dismissive even though not familiar with prior health history before she was our doctor. The office previously required an office visit for the flu even though I was so sick and unable to drive there - would not prescribe Tamiflu for Influenza A. Thankfully I also have a telemedicine option and was able to start Tamilfu that evening and recover mostly within 3 days. Overall, my husband and I found the office in general difficult to work with when discussing our health information about the other even though all paperwork was signed - we couldn't make phone calls for the other regarding appointments, labwork, prescriptions. Required us to come into the office together AGAIN to sign paperwork. It was just always complicated, never easy to… get what you needed when calling the office. The office is also not connected electronically to the main New Haven hospitals, so records sharing is cumbersome, ie other specialists cannot see records. Also, appointments are now much more difficult to make, often several months to obtain. Unfortunately, we are now looking for a new Internist.
