Dr Collins has seniors come for annual Wellness Checkup, then later in year for blood work. She doesn’t sugarcoat, she is honest and tells you if you don’t lose weight you’re more prone to diabetes and stroke. You need to walk at least 30 minutes daily and not dawdle, but at a brisk pace and cut down on carbs. She’s good about recommending a specialist if needed.

Went to the FFG office for blood tests for another physician she recommended to me. Was told I was no longer her patient because I asked another doctor in Crossville Medical Group a question. That is utter nonsense and so unprofessional! I had the blood test at her lab and then found out she dropped me as a patient after I left her office. So she did not authorize the blood test to be processed which I found out from another doctor who was waiting for the results. Then the following day the record of my lab visit was erased from the medical portal though it had been there the day before.! Had to quickly get another blood test from CMC before my appointment for the recommended physician. Looks like she was covering her tracks by erasing medical information from my health record. Who does that!?! SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

I never got to see the doctor because 20 minutes before my appointment her staff called me to say she wouldn't see me because of a medication I was taking. I made this appointment over a month ago and 20 minutes before I was to see her she cancelled. her staff (Linda) was extremely unprofessional. What kind of Dr. is she that turns down patients because of a medication they are taking? She needs a more professional and courteous staff.

I dont make Doctor apts to sit and listen to all her personal problems.... Pathetic

I am a health professional who was a patient of hers in Lebanon. She misdiagnosed me and sent me for many unnecessary tests and prescribed medication I didn't need. And why did she so suddenly disappear from her practice in Lebanon??

She is the first doctor who finally put her foot down and said "You have asthma, you get sick too often." And she was right. I haven't had bronchitis etc since being under her care. My allergies have been kept at bay. And while you may wait a while to see her, she does not leave the room until you are satisfied, and all her attention is yours while she's in that room. She listens to every word you say, and when was the last time you got that from a doctor?

Dr. Collins is very easy to communicate with concerning your health issues. She makes sure you understands what information she is trying to pass to you and why. She will spend plenty of time explaining the ups and downs of your situation, using graphs, pictures or any means possible until she is comfortable that you understand. She is enjoyable to talk with. She is honest, but straight forward when informing you of what you should do to improve your health situation. She is not afraid to use herself as a example for good or bad. Her office and staff are exceptionally nice and helpful. She also excepts United Health Care Insurance
