Very caring Dr. She listen to what going and help us to make a plan of treatment I can't say anything bad about her I Love this Dr. My husband has a lot of Dr.

She is compassionate and caring. She is knowledgeable and precise.

I have been Dr. Greeene's patient for 4 years and I am very pleased with the service I received from her. I have a rare neuromuscular disease and she was able to diagnose my condition as soon as I walked into her office. Prior to the onset of my DM(dermatomyositis), Dr. G. was treating me for my migraine and cluster headaches. I did not care for her office staff and was happy when she notified me that she was changing practices. My first appointment at her new practice is scheduled for later this month. Hopefully, the new office staff both administrative and medical will be more efficient and courteous. So far, my interactions with them have been very positive.

Dr. Greene is now with Laureate Medical Group. She is at a brand new office at Northside Forsyth. We were the only family there the entire time. Our appointment was at 3 called asked us to come early as they had cancellation. My sister and I work, we arranged with work, picked up Dad in assisted living and came. After, nurse/medtech did her work up she went to get doctor. Doctor said she would only see him with one of us in room. We are his only children and have equal medical power of attorney. We explained to nurse she went back to doctor, Dr. Green still refused, we left. What a horrible experience.

Poor service! Didn't take the time to listen to my issues. I didn't feel valued, she was very short and dismissive towards me. I won't be returning!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I think the staff is rude and they show no caring for their patients. I was never given my full test results - she negated to mention a benign brain tumor. As it is something that will have to watched I should have been informed. I was 5 mins. late for an appt. as the parking lot was full and I had to park in another structure and they told me I would have to reschedule. How can you do that to sick person? Her waiting rm only had one other patient and I wasn't near lunch. I never been treated so badly in my life.

Could be a great neurologist, however she needs better bedside manner and her nurse needs to make sure that she relays messages. Very slow to followup on labs and does not take a personal interest in the patient.
