Not very sensitive. I had a scheduled appointment (to find out the MRI results) and drove several hours for it, only to find out that they re-scheduled it without telling me. The office staff blamed me and said they tried to call....which was a lie. I asked to have another doctor or nurse simply read the results, but was told no... I switched doctors and immediately upon seeing the MRI my new doctor braced me and scheduled surgery. Best decision I made was to find another surgeon!

Absolutely the worst. Not worth your time.

I had a pretty good experience with Dr. Martin.

Got a second opinion after seeing her and she misdiagnosed me. She recommended a major procedure that was not needed. Her assistant is horrible! She is supposed to schedule MRI's but does not do this promptly. She didn't return my calls for over two weeks and I left her several messages. She acted like she was doing me a favor by scheduling it...even though it IS her job. Finally I just scheduled the procedure myself. It took a simple phone call. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Dr. Martin who was apathetic about the feedback.

Dr. Martin came highly recommended--not worth waiting for the appointment. Try getting an MRI scheduled....you will have to call her assistant a bunch of times to get it scheduled. She won't call you back and is rude. Lack of follow through with Dr. Martin after the visit. She really doesn't care.

Dr. Martin came highly recommended. I was not impressed. She was apathetic and incorrectly diagnosed my problem. The office made a mistake with my appointment time and blamed me. They were rude!

Lack of support staff. Difficult to get questions answered.

Dr. Martin needs sensitivity training. I read that another review discussed her rude assistant! That is quite accurate; she should be fired for not doing her job.

Office staff was RUDE! Her assistant did not do her job and was obnoxious! Dr. Martin had terrible follow through.
