She is the worst doctor. Stay away from her. I had my baby in a private group practice in Howard county and she was the doctor for second day of my labor. I was on Pitocin for two days and second day she stopped my Pitocin at 6PM to go have dinner with her family. She said she would come back in an hour but she came after midnight. The attending nurse was so worried that she said if Dr. Means does not show up in another hour she would have to do start Pitocin but her hands were tied as she did not have the authority. Dr. Means also gave me the option to go home and said my body was not ready for delivery. I was 42 weeks pregnant at that time. Her remarks were so condescending. She would laugh at me sarcastically. I finally delivered my baby third day and she was not my doctor on the third day. She is truly mean and her last name just suits her behavior. She has no bed side manners. I want to give her negative infinity rating.

Dr Means is a great doctor. She has an outstanding ability of taking care of you emotionally and physically. She was a great support during some tough times in my pregnancy. She offered the best medical advice and supported me professionally during my tough times throughout the pregnancy. I would highly recommend her for Obgyn - especially for her personal attention. Thank you Doctor.

She offered the best medical advice and supported me professionally during my tough times throughout the pregnancy. I would highly recommend her for Obgyn - especially for her personal attention. Very knowledgeable and excellent at what she does. Straight forward but also very personable and genuinely cares about the patient. She saved my life. Wait times for appointments but that is because she actually takes time to listen and answer questions form her patients.
