Dr. Tamara Ann Miller, MD

Exceptional Neurologist!!!! Takes time to listen, i know i have kept her over with plenty of my issues, but it didn't seem to bother her!!! She is aggressive with my health concerns and i need someone not to tip toe around my symptoms, thank you for your commitment and promptness!! Your the best, don't forget that!!!

Emergent MS attack. Lack of care and understanding.

At first Dr Miller seems nice and acts like she cares. She seems to know a lot about MS drugs, but is lacking in the knowledge of other medications. If you develop a symptom that gets her flustered, she will quit on you. One day you will get a letter out of the blue saying she no longer wants to be your doctor. By the time you receive this letter, you will have little time to find a new doctor and you’ll have no idea why. We were left feeling hurt and betrayed during the most difficult time of our lives. There are a couple of courteous & helpful people on staff but there are also a few that are extremely rude and act as if your every breath irritates them. There is one in particular that is very gifted at the “eye roll.” It often took days to get someone to call us back. When you are dealing with people who are in a health crisis, you would think a little compassion would be shown. MS is scary and you really need a team of caring professionals to help you wade through it. Sadly, this… was not our experience.

I had tried for years to find relief for my awful migraines. Someone recommended Dr. Miller. She walked in to my first appointment, promised me that she could cure my migraines, and handed me six prescriptions. All were narcotics; one was Fentanyl. I'd never heard of it, so I trusted Dr. Miller and began taking the Fentanyl lozenges. Within a month, I was a full-blown addicts, and this continued for ten years. I almost overdosed several times. I thank God I've been clean for five years; I know others who weren't so lucky. Please, please be careful--I speak from heartbreaking experience when I say to research the drugs your doctor prescribes. Dr. Miller was unkind, unprofessional, and, I think, criminally negligent. I'm responsible for the choices I made for those ten years--but she should be held accountable for the carefree, unconcerned way she prescibed a dangerous, highly addictive, and often deadly drug. This isn't a game; it's your life. Please, please be careful. Also,… I've read all the comments about her staff being rude--they are. But truly, I wouldn't have cared about that if Dr. Miller had helped me.

Multiple Sclerosis Specialist

Although it is somewhat difficult to get in to see Dr. Miller at times because she is so sought after, she is definitely worth the wait. I can tell that she personally cares about me. I cannot imagine seeing another physician for my multiple sclerosis. The staff is kind and caring also. Again, not the easiest to get in to and you might be waiting for a bit, but she is so worth it!

She is a hustler. She knows a lot about the brain and is very smart however it doesn't matter how smart you are if you wont listen to your patients. She's all over you when u go into a drug study but she's the highest paid MD of any sort in this area. After i came off study she became rather worthless I know enough about myself after years of being sick to tell me the basics and all she has done is throw medications at everything. Lilly Denny her P.A. is an amazing and wonderful woman and it was great to have her but Dr. Miller is just a legal hustler.

I had heard that Dr. Miller was the best, and they obviously haven't worked with her Dr. Miller had me do a Brain MRI and it was abnormal so she sent me to have a Neck MRI it came back normal, so then she sent me to do a Spinal Tap it came back abnormal...results she tells me is "i dont know" all she wanted to do was schedule another brain MRI in 3 months, she couldn't even tell me what was going on with me the first time and then when she did a so call follow up call i told her i was still having symptoms and she says "well im glad your doing better".....really??? Not intelligent at all not sure how she got her license to practice

Staff is very, very rude and MONEY is the most important thing to this doctor.
