Dr. Tamara Kristine Robison, DDS

I have to wait half an hour at least everything I go there. The stuffs are cold and rude. The worst part is, when I need them to transfer my record to another dentist, I called them, left messages, emailed them many times. When I finally got hold of them, they sent me a form to fill out to request record. I did that too. Until today, they still haven't send my record. I have to start all over again with the new dentist. My insurance won't pay for X-ray because I just took them six months ago at Robinson's office. If Dr. Robinson transferred my medical record like they said they would do, I wouldn't have this problem. I find extremely difficult to deal with them. Her work is not that good either. My teeth was bleeding for weeks after she fixed cavity. I will not recommend her to anybody.

My 3 year daughter was injured during two of the 4 visits to this office. During the 3rd visit the doctor injured my daughter's cheek. It became swollen and blood vessels were popped. On top of that, I was rudely kicked out of my daughter's room by a staff member because of the nitrous. I was in my 3rd trimester, which during the next appointment I was told by Dr. Robison herself that the only real concern is when you are in your 1st trimester. On the 4th and final visit my daughter cried during her appointment. Again she was on nitrous. As soon as I took her out of her car seat when we got home from the appointment her lip was swollen to where it hung out of her mouth. There were no bite marks from her chewing her lip. This kind of treatment in inexcusable. To add insult to injury, I was charged a behavior management fee of $35 because my daughter cried, not hysterically, during her appointment. I would cry also if I was a 3 year old little girl and my lip was being… pushed so hard that it was swelling up. When I asked the front desk lady why I was charged that and why, during the appointment was I not told I was being charged for behavior management she explained that sometimes they charge for it if the child gets upset and the Dr has to take a little extra time. She also told me that sometimes they won't charge. (The only extra time she took was when she left us in the room for a long period of time while she worked on another patient. ) So basically they pick and choose who and when they will charge. My daughter pleaded with me on the way home not to take her there again. I will not ever take any of my children there again nor would I recommend this practice to anyone.
